Digital Portrait

I have been trying to figure out digital painting and I am finally feeling more confident. Perhaps now better color temperatures.... Any tips?

    Nice job. Perhaps tone down the warm colors under the eyes, sort of has a black and blue feel. (Eyes look swollen).
